Katie Krawczyk has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Katie is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of 19 Ideas, a boutique communications company. In this role, they oversee public relations and traditional communications activities for clients, including implementing marketing campaigns and generating positive media coverage.

Katie has also served as a Board Member of the Richardson Center Corporation from 2018 to 2021 and as a Member of the Founding Board of Trustees at Persistence Preparatory Academy, a K-8 charter school in Buffalo, NY, from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Katie has been a Member of the Board of Directors at The Eric Wood Fund from 2015 to 2018 and at the International Institute of Buffalo from 2012 to 2018.

Katie has also contributed to the Women's Business Center at Canisius College as an Advisory Board Member in 2016 and as a Freelance Writer for Buffalo Magazine and Visit Buffalo Niagara's online blog from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President/Director of Communications at You and Who, leading communications and public relations efforts across 40 U.S. cities.

Katie has also worked as a Freelance Writer for Buffalo Rising, an online guide to Buffalo, from 2009 to 2014. Their earlier experience includes serving as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Upper Allegheny Health System, where they managed all marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives for the system and two member hospitals.

Katie Krawczyk's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. In 2001, they also attended Erasmus University Rotterdam where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration. Katie later pursued a Professional Certificate in Strategic Communication Management from Ithaca College in 2007. Prior to their university education, Katie attended Hamburg High School from 1995 to 1997.
