Anna Ladd-Kruger, B. Comm, MA, CPA, ICD.D, is an accomplished finance and governance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the mining sector. Currently serving as an Independent Director at 1911 Gold Corporation, Lead Independent Director and Audit Chair at Integra Resources, and Independent Director and Audit Chair at SilverCrest Metals Inc., Anna has demonstrated expertise in financial oversight and corporate governance.
