Juan Briano

Juan Briano serves as President and Head of Development at 1970 Group since June 2021, after previously holding the position of Executive Vice President, Head of Development. Prior to this role, Juan was Head of Global Markets at Bradesco BBI from May 2013 to October 2020, overseeing Equities, Fixed Income, and Research. Juan's earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from August 1998 to November 2012, where responsibilities encompassed Latin American Equity Sales and US Institutional Equity Sales. Additionally, Juan worked in investment banking at Lehman Brothers from August 1993 to July 1996, focusing on the Financial Institutions Group, M&A, and Equity Capital Markets.
