Tijana Kaitovic

Tijana "TJ" joined One Degree to bring her passion for creating inclusive and accessible products and services to the nonprofit sector. She has worked for several for-profit ventures in technical account management and business development roles, with a focus on supporting small businesses. Before her work with start-ups Tijana pursued nonprofit and international development work, including founding a program for marginalized entrepreneurs in her home country of Serbia, and a global, accessible educational platform for social changemakers. She has lived, studied and worked in multiple countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America and holds a M.Sc. degree in Peace, Development and Sustainability from United Nations University - Tokyo. Outside of work, TJ is passionate about yoga and fitness, fashion and clothing design, finding the best desserts, and building communities wherever she goes.
