Josh Thompson

Josh Thompson has had a varied and extensive work experience. Josh is currently working at 1E as the Vice President of Product Marketing since March 2023. Previously, they worked at Citrix as the Principal Brand Strategist, Technology from May 2021 to May 2022, and before that, they held the position of Senior Product Marketing Manager from January 2021 to May 2021. Prior to their time at Citrix, Josh worked at MotionPoint as the Senior Manager of Sales Development from November 2017 to February 2018. Josh also worked as a Business Development Manager at MotionPoint from July 2017 to November 2017. Josh has entrepreneurial experience as a Partner and Head of Marketing and Sales at CrossFit SOFLA from January 2013 to July 2017. Josh previously served as an Acquisition Officer in the United States Air Force from December 2008 to January 2013. Josh also gained international experience while working for NATO as an Operations Controller at the Allied Movement Coordination Center from March 2012 to December 2012. Josh'scareer also includes roles at the Missile Defense Agency, where they served as Chief of Airborne Sensors Mission Development Officer from 2010 to 2012 and as an Airborne Sensors Mission Development Officer from December 2008 to 2010. Lastly, Josh served in the US Air Force Reserve as an Air Transportation specialist from 2003 to 2006. Overall, Josh Thompson has held various positions in marketing, sales, brand strategy, and military operations throughout their career.

Josh Thompson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from the University of Florida. Josh also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in PMC-II from Pragmatic Marketing and Program Management Level 1 from the Defense Acquisition University.
