From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Consultant at nymoen|strategieberatung gmbh. In 2018, they started their own consulting business, Eva Jacob | Consulting. Most recently, from 2019 to 2022, they were Head of Operations and VP Expansion & Operations at EIGENSONNE. As Head of Operations, they were responsible for the Planer-Team, Technical Inside Service, Material Dispatch, and Customer Success with a total of 41 employees.
