Sara Kola

Sara Kola is a Senior Software Engineer currently working at 1KOMMA5° since August 2024, with extensive experience in software development, particularly in backend engineering and AI technologies. Previously at Collato, from May 2020 to July 2024, Sara developed AI-powered services using Python, focusing on RAG, and worked on fine-tuning models with Vertex AI Service on GCP while mentoring junior engineers. Sara also held software engineering roles at EverEstate and SAP, and began a career as a software developer at Softlab Albania, specializing in backend applications and APIs using Ruby on Rails.
