Jui Khedikar is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at 1Kosmos since July 2025, Jui Khedikar previously held various roles at Persistent Systems from October 2010 to August 2025, including Unit HR, where responsibilities involved strategic partnership with business unit leadership, coaching on talent management, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
