Zaid Siddiqui has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. zaid started their career in 2001 as a Customer Service Coordinator at Reliance Bpo, where they provided support to customers and eventually trained new hires. In 2002, they joined Wipro Bpo Services as a Technical Lead, managing a team of engineers supporting Dell computer users across the US. zaid then transitioned to Hewlett-Packard Global Soft India Limited, where they held the role of Team Lead Manager, overseeing teams providing support for enterprise storage systems. Zaid later joined Symantec Software Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Business Critical Account Manager, responsible for managing customer relationships. zaid then moved on to Veritas Technologies LLC as a Senior Project Manager, and subsequently joined McAfee as a Manager of Customer Success. zaid'scurrent position is with 1Kosmos - BlockID, where they are involved in customer success.

Zaid Siddiqui completed their B-Tech in Computers from the Open University of British Columbia between 1995 and 2000. Apart from their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. In May 2018, they obtained the certifications CSM-101, 102 & 103 from Gainsight. zaid also received certifications in "Creating a Positive Customer Experience," "Managing Resources Across Project Teams," "Project Management Foundations: Leading Projects," and "Sales: Customer Success" from Lynda.com in the same month and year.
