Jyoti Aeri is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at Tata 1mg since August 2022, focusing on technical recruitment for diverse teams and acting as an HR Business Partner for approximately 300 members. Prior to this, Jyoti held the same title at Trantor from August 2021 to July 2022, where Trantor is known for enhancing global engineering capabilities. Jyoti's previous roles include Assistant Manager HR at Access Infotech Pvt Ltd., Assistant Manager Human Resources at Gifts On Air, Senior Executive Human Resources at GradConnection, and Galaxy Incharge (HR for IT) at Mother's Pride. Jyoti began the HR career as Head of Human Resources at E-softech B.C. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Punjab and currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration focusing on HR at Lovely Professional University.
