Vandana Seth

Vandana Seth has a diverse work experience in the legal and corporate secretarial field. Vandana joined Tata 1mg in 2016 and has held various roles, including Vice President Legal, AVP Legal, Senior Manager - Legal, and Company Secretary and Legal counsel. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte India as a Deputy Manager in Merger and Acquisition, where they specialized in compliance management and advisory under the Companies Act. Vandana also gained experience at ThemisGroup | ThemisLTC as a Senior Associate, focusing on private equity and venture capital support. Earlier in their career, they served as a Company Secretary at Amtek Auto Ltd., managing secretarial compliances, drafting annual reports, and handling securities-related matters. Vandana started their professional journey as a Management Trainee at Religare and gained internship experience at Amit Gupta and Associates.

Vandana Seth completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Lucknow between 2005 and 2007. Vandana then pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree from the same university from 2009 to 2011. In addition, between 2006 and 2009, Vandana attended The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
