Jason Sarfati

Jason Sarfati is a seasoned legal professional specializing in privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity with extensive experience in multinational organizations. Currently serving as Chief Privacy Officer and Vice President of Legal at Unacast since January 2021, Jason also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for the Future of Privacy Forum. Previous roles include Director of Privacy & Data Ethics at Treliant, where Jason advised on compliance with privacy laws, and Associate positions at Promontory Financial Group and Arent Fox, focusing on privacy and cybersecurity law. Jason's legal career began with positions at Joseph, Greenwald & Laake, Towers Watson, and various law clerk roles.
