Celia Sánchez San Juan

Celia Sánchez San Juan has over 15 years of experience in the field of procurement and communication. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer at 1MillionBot, a applied Artificial Intelligence start-up, where they drove company growth, executed the company strategic plan, and built partnerships. Prior to this, they were a Senior Director Group Procurement Professional Services at adidas group from 2014-2019. During this time, they revamped and developed procurement for Professional Services and coordinated the first global savings capture plan. From 2007-2014, Celia was the Sourcing Manager at France Telecom Spain, where they managed overall procurement activities for nine divisions. From 2005-2007, Celia was the Head of Procurement and Communication at Siemens, where they globalized the procurement function and oversaw and re-structured the direct procurement function. Additionally, they were the CEO office support and head of events and sponsorships at Siemens, where they centralised events and sponsorship functions and led direct reports and cross-functional teams.

Celia Sánchez San Juan has a Master of Science (MSc) from ESCP Business School and a Master in Desarrollo y dirección empresarial from Universidad de Alcalá. Celia also has a Business/Managerial Economics certification from ESIC Business & Marketing School.
