Kirils Ruskulis

Kirils Ruskulis is an experienced IT professional specializing in Jira administration and database management. Currently a Jira Admin at 1NCE since August 2023, Kirils previously held the same role at OnAir Entertainment and served as Jira GM at Evolution Gaming, where responsibilities included workflow building and scripting for Jira functionality. Kirils also has a diverse background in database administration, having worked as a DBA at Intrum and the State Revenue Service, alongside experience as an MSQL DBA at the Agricultural Ministry of Latvia. Kirils began a career as a System Administrator at First Baltic Channel. Educational qualifications include a degree from the Transport and Telecommunication Institute and early education at the Classical Gymnasium of Riga.
