Madeleine Lyman

Madeleine Lyman has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. Madeleine began their career as an Environmental Educator at Growing Gardens in 2018, and then worked as a Server at Big Red F Restaurant Group and Fred's Garage in 2018 and 2019 respectively. In 2020, they were a Substitute Teacher for the New Trier High School District and a Social Media Manager for How Bout That Hospitality. In 2021, they were a Server at TOCCO Restaurant and a Foodservice Sustainability Manager at Beyond Green: Sustainable Food Partners. Currently, they are a Content Creator for 1o8.

Madeleine Lyman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and Studio Art from the University of Vermont in 2016. Madeleine then went on to complete a Health Coach Certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2021, with a focus on Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, General.
