Hugues MacKay

Hugues Mackay serves as the Director of Customer Experience, Technical at 1Password since October 2023, having previously held various managerial roles in customer experience at Influitive. With extensive experience in emergency services, Hugues has been a Platoon Captain at Halifax Regional Municipality since March 2010, overseeing incident command and safety, training, and fire prevention. Hugues also holds positions as Lead Supervisor and Pyrotechnician within the Explosives Regulatory Division at Natural Resources Canada, Mechanized Search and Rescue Technician for the Government of Nova Scotia, and has a military background in intelligence and policing with the Canadian Forces. Additional experience includes senior roles across various organizations, focusing on operations, customer service, and team management.
