Julie De Buhr

Julie De Buhr is the current Senior Director of HR at 1Password. Julie has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to 1Password, Julie held the position of Global Director of HR Business Partner at New Relic, Inc. from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for providing senior level HR support to business leaders and improving organization effectiveness.

From November 2017 to August 2020, Julie was the Sr. Director Employee Engagement at InVision. In this role, they led the People Development team with a focus on manager excellence. Julie also fostered strong company culture and teams throughout a global and remote work structure. Julie ensured investment and development for all InVisioners through initiatives that aligned to business objectives, such as employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, talent development, training, compensation, diversity & inclusion and succession planning.

Julie De Buhr is a strategic and solutions-oriented Human Resources professional with a proven track record in developing and implementing HR initiatives that improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Julie De Buhr graduated with a BA in Political Science and BS in Psychology from The College of Idaho.

They work with Mary Sison - Director of Finance, Amanda Bass - Director of Tax. Julie De Buhr reports to Jeannie De Guzman, Chief Financial Officer.
