Kelsey Cavitt

Kelsey Cavitt is a Senior Product Designer specializing in Design Systems at 1Password since April 2023. Previously, Kelsey worked at Twilio as a Product Designer from July 2021 to February 2023, focusing on the design system, Paste, with an emphasis on community building and user experience. Kelsey has also served as a Committee Member at Shine & Rise and held the position of Product Designer at ITHAKA, where Kelsey led the design of JSTOR’s design system, Pharos. Additional experience includes a role at Ford Motor Company, where Kelsey organized a design system for fleet management, and various design positions at FarmLogs, SPORTSY, and Echo360. Kelsey holds a Master’s degree in Interactive Media from Elon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Spanish from Wingate University.
