Kristin Esplen is a seasoned customer success professional with a diverse background in account management and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager in the Commercial sector at 1Password since May 2023, Kristin previously held roles as an Account Manager at T1 and WINNWELL Inc. Kristin has extensive experience with WeWork, where roles included Project Manager for Canada and Community Lead in Operations. Beginning a career at Red Bull as a Field Marketing Representative, Kristin has developed a strong foundation in customer engagement and operational excellence. Kristin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Guelph and has also pursued education at the University of Toronto.
