Lyndsey Kiser

Lyndsey Kiser serves as Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel at 1Password, where responsibilities include building the corporate legal team and supporting various functions such as business development and compliance. Kiser also acts as lead counsel for upcoming acquisitions of Kolide and Trelica. Prior to this role, Kiser held the position of Director and Assistant General Counsel at The L Suite (TechGC) and served as Associate General Counsel for Corporate at Shopify, where significant contributions included scaling the corporate legal team post-IPO. Kiser's legal career began at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, progressing from Summer Associate to Associate and then to Senior Legal Counsel. Kiser holds a Juris Doctor with distinction from Western University, a Master of Arts in English from the University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts with distinction in English from the University of Victoria.
