Stephanie Cheng

Stephanie Cheng has extensive experience in customer success and training, currently serving as a Senior Customer Trainer at 1Password since October 2020. Prior to this, Stephanie held various positions within BMO Financial Group, including Operations Administrator and Financial Planning Associate, where responsibilities included administrative support, client management, and business development. Additional roles at Allstate as a Claims Assistant and various leadership positions in AIESEC Laurier provided Stephanie with diverse experiences in management, training, and operational support. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
