Patrick Buchter

Patrick Buchter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Patrick began their career as a Student Apprentice at Toradex in 2010 before transitioning to a Teacher in Mathematics/Physics at Studienkreis Nachhilfe. In 2013, they joined Hochschule Luzern as a Research Associate and worked there until 2017. From 2016 to 2019, Patrick worked as a Data Analyst / Software Engineer at Jaywalker Digital, where they handled workshops, presentations, and data science projects for clients. In 2020, they joined 1plusX as a Customer Success Engineer and later progressed to the role of Senior Customer Success Engineer in 2021. Currently, Patrick serves as the Director of Customer Success Engineering at 1plusX.

Patrick Buchter received a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Vision from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same institution, studying from 2010 to 2013. Patrick also obtained additional certifications, including "6.431x: Probability - The Science of Uncertainty and Data" from MITx on edX in September 2019, and "Functional Programming Principles in Scala" from Coursera in December 2016.
