Stephanie Schoss

Stephanie’s career centers on making high-performance teams work. She’s a Director of the HSG Executive School of Management, Technology and Law at the University of St. Gallen and a founding Director of the Competence Center for Top Team Research at the HSG Institute of International Management. Her research focuses on team personality, leadership, and the effects of conflicts, empathy, and “we-consciousness” in teams.

Alongside her academic work, Stephanie is an active entrepreneur – chairing a business psychology company as well as an international top manager's community. She is happily married to Joachim and together they manage their patchwork family “SME" of seven children.
