Kat Collins is currently serving as the Principal at 1Sharpe Ventures, which supports early-stage founders reshaping real estate experiences. Prior to this role, Kat worked as an Advisor at Shelter Acquisition Corp, invested at Fifth Wall and MetaProp NYC, and contributed as a Growth Consultant at Zeus. With a background in strategy consulting at Industry Ventures and Bulger Partners (now under EY-Parthenon), Kat holds degrees from Dartmouth College, Columbia Business School, and Durham University in Geopolitics, MBA in Real Estate and Venture Capital, and Business Administration, respectively. Kat has a wealth of experience in the PropTech industry and a strong educational foundation in business and real estate.
