Charles Benton is a seasoned real estate and mortgage professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the 1st Class Real Estate Franchise Area Representative since May 2020, Charles has expanded the franchise to six locations across three states and successfully hired over 100 agents in 2020. As Managing Partner at Premier Group Mortgage since June 2021, Charles oversees an independent mortgage brokerage that provides tailored services and access to a wide range of mortgage products. Additionally, Charles holds the position of President at 1st Class Real Estate - Premier Group, a customer-centric brokerage committed to personalized service. Previous experience includes Team Leader at Key Pointe Realty and Realtor at ReMax Premier Group, along with a background as a Submariner in the United States Navy. Charles holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Georgia.
