Joseph Benson

Joseph Benson is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in law enforcement and military service. Since July 2018, Joseph has served as a Real Estate Agent at 1st Class Real Estate, focusing on client assistance for the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, particularly in Military Relocation, Investment properties, Short Sales, and Comparative Market Analysis within the Hampton Roads Area. Prior experience includes working as a Realtor® at Keller Williams Elite-Peninsula and as a Real Estate Agent at Chantel Ray Real Estate. Before entering the real estate field, Joseph held various roles at the Department of Virginia State Police, including Special Agent, where investigations centered on High Technology Crimes, and Senior Trooper, responsible for enforcing traffic and criminal laws. Additionally, Joseph served in the Virginia National Guard as a Battalion Safety Officer and a UH-60L Blackhawk Pilot. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Information Technology from ECPI University and a High School Diploma from Lancaster High School.
