Director Of Customer Experience at 1st Place Spiritwear

Pete Meadows has extensive work experience in sales and customer experience roles. Pete started their career in 2010 as a Quality Control Manager at 1st Day School Supplies, where they managed a team and ensured the accuracy of all items in back-to-school supply kits. In 2015, they joined DialAmerica as a Sales Agent, achieving daily sales goals for major household appliances. Pete then became an Account Manager at Park Place Technologies, a provider of data center hardware maintenance. In 2016, Pete returned to 1st Day School Supplies as a Customer Experience Manager, and later became the Director of Customer Experience. In 2020, they moved to 1st Place Spiritwear as the Director of Customer Experience.

Pete Meadows attended Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (CVCA) from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Pete then attended Baldwin Wallace University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration. In 2015, Pete also obtained a certification as a Hootsuite Certified Professional from Hootsuite Media Inc.
