Game Programmer at 1st Playable Productions

Erik Ridd has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Erik began their career as a Third Key at The Walking Company Holdings, INC in 2017 and worked there until 2019. In 2019, they completed a research internship at the NUI Lab, Department of Computer Science at Colorado State University, where they developed an augmented reality app in Unity for HoloLens.

After their internship, Erik worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Colorado State University in 2020. In this role, they conducted research on embodied agents and children's gesture recognition and contributed to the development of a system using Unity and JavaScript.

In 2021, Erik joined 1st Playable Productions as a Co-op Employee, where they programmed and debugged an Android exercise game for research purposes. Erik also participated in design meetings with clients and other contracting companies. Later in the same year, they joined Fast Enterprises, LLC as an Implementation Consultant. Erik added new features and bug fixes to Washington State's unemployment insurance system, worked alongside clients to solve complex problems, and provided assistance to testers.

Erik's most recent work experience is as a Game Programmer at 1st Playable Productions, starting in 2023. Further details regarding this role are not provided.
