Timothy Studlack

Timothy Studlack has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Timothy'smost recent position was as the VP Retail Operations Development & Support Lead at 1st Security Bank of Washington, where they collaborated with team and department leads to improve the bank's operations. Timothy also trained and coached retail employees to ensure their success and satisfaction. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President, Skills Development Manager at the same bank, where they researched and designed industry-oriented learning materials and provided training support to individual employees and other departments. Before joining 1st Security Bank, Timothy worked at Wells Fargo as the Vice President, Client Service Manager III, overseeing office operations, compliance, and client satisfaction in the Private Bank division. Timothy also worked at US Banccorp as a Private Client Services Customer Service Officer and later as a Retail Branch Manager, where they provided service solutions to high net worth clients, opened new accounts, and supervised branch staff.

Timothy Studlack obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and Spanish from Franklin & Marshall College. Timothy attended this college from 1980 to 1984. Subsequently, they pursued their studies further at Penn State University, where they served as a Graduate Lecturer specializing in Linguistics. This position was held by him from 1985 to 1989.
