Karen Mento

Karen Mento has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Karen most recently served as the Chief Administrative Officer at 1ST SUMMIT BANK starting from July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Executive Sales Leader at Norwex USA since September 2016. Karen also had experience as the Managing Director & Co-Founder of Intellectual Capital Partners, LLC from November 2017 to May 2019. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor - Business Administration at YTI Career Institute from March 2017 to May 2019. Karen has also owned and managed their own business as the Owner and Business Manager of GentleMothers, LLC from September 2016 to May 2017. Prior to these roles, they held various positions at First Commonwealth Bank, including Sales Development & Retail Delivery Executive, SVP, Sr. Business Integration Manager, and Operations Manager - Wealth Services.

Karen Mento obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1990 and 1995. Additionally, they hold certifications in Series 7 & 66 Licensed from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
