Maryna Udodenko

Maryna Udodenko is the Head of Support at 1touch.io. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Senior Cloud Specialist at Nextiva from October 2017 to April 2020, where they were responsible for assisting new customers with initial set up of their phone system accounts, configuring unified communications product features, troubleshooting business networks, and providing each customer with branded “Amazing Service” experience through phone, email and online chat within a timely manner. Maryna has also worked as a Manager's assistant at Ocean Imports/Traffic Department for GALAXY FREIGHT SERVICE, LTD. CUSTOM HOUSE BROKERS, INC from June 2017 to September 2017, where their responsibilities included checking the status of shipments at terminals, communicating with customers/truckers, fixing and sending documentation to customers, and making daily reports. Finally, from January 2014 to December 2017, Maryna was self-employed as an English Tutor. Maryna has a strong understanding of networking and managing network equipment for VoIP purposes. Maryna is also skilled in floor support and management assistance.

Maryna Udodenko has a Master's degree in teaching English and German languages from Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University.
