Leigh Young

Leigh Young has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Leigh started their career in 1998 at Iron Mountain, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Vice President of Account Services North America and Vice President of Customer Service North America. Leigh also worked as the Vice President of Sales/Relationship Management at GardaWorld and as a Senior Executive at an independent consulting firm, where they specialized in business transformation and customer experience planning. In recent years, Leigh has served as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at CSC ServiceWorks and as the Chief Operating Officer at Access Information Management. Currently, Leigh is the Chief Operating Officer at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, where they oversee the operations of the leading home warranty and services company.

Leigh Young has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Keller Graduate School of Management, with a focus on Business. Leigh also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Iowa State University, where they majored in Marketing.
