Colin Boynton

Colin Boynton has over 20 years of professional experience. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Warfare Analyst for 2 Circle Consulting, Inc. Prior to that, they worked for the US Navy from 1998 to 2021 in various roles, including Director of NAVAIR Mission Engineering and Analysis, Warfare Analyst for AIR4.0M, Executive Officer for HX-21, Rotary Wing Operational Test Director for VX-1, Maintenance Officer for HSM-74, Graduate Student at the United States Naval War College, Operations Planner for CVW-11 Staff, Weapons and Tactics Instructor for NSAWC, Quality Assurance Officer for HSL-42, Fleet Replacement Pilot, and Student Naval Aviator. In 1996, they worked as a Fund Trader for Wheat First Securities.

Colin Boynton received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the Virginia Military Institute between 1992 and 1996. Colin then went on to obtain their Master's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from the U.S. Naval War College in 2009. Colin also holds certifications from the Defense Acquisition University, including a Level 3 Certification in Test and Evaluation and a Level 2 Certification in Program Management. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration, including a Commercial Pilot certification and an Instrument Rating certification.
