Jim Peoples

Jim Peoples began their career in 2000 as a Senior Cost Analyst for the United States Air Force. In 2006, they took on a Lead Associate role at Booz Allen Hamilton, as well as a Program Analyst role at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration. In 2011, they returned to the United States Air Force as a Reserves Officer and Senior Cost Analyst. Finally, in 2017, they joined 2 Circle Consulting, Inc. as the VP - Program Analytics Division.

Jim Peoples attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Factors Engineering. Jim then attended the Air Force Institute of Technology-Graduate School of Engineering & Management from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Cost Analysis with a focus in Business/Commerce, General. Jim also holds Cost Estimator Level III and Program Manager Level III certifications from the APDP.
