Jessica Manley

Jessica Manley is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Head of NPD at 2 Sisters Food Group since July 2021. Previously, Jessica held the position of Interim Development Consultant at Penguin Foods from September 2020 to February 2021. Jessica's extensive career began at Buckingham Foods as a Development Technologist, followed by various roles at Adelie Foods Limited, including Head Of Development, Senior NPD Manager, and Development Manager, from January 2007 to June 2020. Jessica earned a BSc (Hons) in Food & Nutrition from The University of Huddersfield between 2001 and 2005.
