Kate Edgecombe

Kate Edgecombe serves as the Head of NPD for Compass Group UK & Ireland, a position held since December 2013, overseeing development for Compass Cuisine Centres. Previously, Kate worked as an NPD Manager at Steamplicity and held the role of NPD Technologist and Acting NPD Manager at Greencore, where responsibilities included successfully delivering various chilled prepared meals for a major retailer. Prior experience includes managing the food composition database at the Medical Research Council, and assisting in sales and marketing at Cambridge Life Sciences Ltd and Fothergills Seeds Ltd. Educational qualifications comprise a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from Corndel, an MSc in Human Nutrition from King's College London, and a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Leeds.
