Konika England has been working in the talent acquisition field for over ten years. Konika is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at 2020 Companies. Prior to their current position, they were the Recruiting Manager at CROSSMARK from August 2008 to April 2014.

At CROSSMARK, Konika was responsible for designing, implementing, and managing recruitment strategies. Konika also built and led a scalable recruiting team, created and presented effective recruiter training and remediation, and established and maintained data and metric systems. In addition, they were a business partner to sales, service, and finance; creating and delivering talent strategies to current and potential clients. Konika also managed temporary staffing and RPO vendor relations, and was able to improve vendor relations and negotiate lower pricing by reducing DSO to 21 days. Lastly, they developed a workforce optimization strategy to reduce short term hiring and vendors needs.
