Cindy Gersch

Cindy Gersch is an experienced professional in executive talent solutions and corporate communications, currently serving as the Managing Director at 20/20 Foresight Executive Talent Solutions and as Co-Founder/Managing Partner at Ascent Cities. Gersch has held significant leadership roles including President at NEU Marketing Group and Vice President of Corporate Communications at both Hunt Companies, Inc. and Lendlease, where expertise in marketing management was also demonstrated. Gersch holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication from SUNY Brockport and furthered knowledge through participation in the Innovation Experience Israel program from April to July 2022.
