Rebecca Britt has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Rebecca is currently serving as the Director of Communications & Impact at the Policy Center for Maternal Mental Health, where they develop efficient procedures and communication strategies to close gaps in maternal mental health. Previously, they worked as a Nonprofit Interventionist at For Purpose Live, assisting nonprofits in achieving clarity, focus, and funding. Rebecca also founded Stable Moments, a program that helps foster and adopted youths develop life skills through equine-assisted learning. Additionally, they have held positions at the Preeclampsia Foundation as the Director of Education & Evaluation and Community Education & Engagement Manager, and at the Northeastern Family Institute as a Post Adoption Case Manager, focusing on trauma-informed interventions for adoptive families.
Rebecca Britt earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Social Work from the University of Vermont, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Rebecca later pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Program Evaluation at Michigan State University from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, Rebecca has obtained several certifications, including Google Data Studio from Google in 2022, Results Based Accountability Professional Certification from Clear Impact, LLC in 2021, Design Thinking for the Greater Good: Innovation in the Social Sector from Coursera in 2018, and Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning from PATH Intl. in 2015.
