Julia Vashneva

Julia Vashneva is the Head of Growth at 2021.AI. Julia has previous experience working as a data analyst and sales team lead. Julia is responsible for cross-functional work with analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives. Julia also coordinates and executes growth programs, optimizes revenue funnel, works on leads generation and qualification, carries out negotiations on the C level, and attends international exhibitions to develop business and increase company’s presence on the market.

Julia Vashneva has a master's degree in translation/interpretation from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, an MBA in business administration, management and operations from Kiev National Economic University, and a bachelor's degree in language interpretation and translation from Kyiv National Linguistics University.

Their manager is Natalia Protsenko, Marketing Director. Julia Vashneva works with and Yana Lapach - Deputy Director, Marketing.
