Victor Norberg

Victor Norberg's work experience starts in 2013 as a Translator at lengoo. In 2014, they work as an Intern at EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG, focusing on sustainable development and Corporate Social Responsibility. In 2015, they become the Head of the board at Navitas Student Union, managing a team and organizing events related to sustainability. That same year, they also complete a Bachelor Thesis at Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI, focusing on Life Cycle Analysis for innovation technologies. From 2016-2017, Victor works as an Intern at Trine, a social entrepreneurship project, where they contribute to strategic issues and internal processes. In 2019, Victor becomes an MBA Fellow at Volkswagen AG, working on a project at Corporate Strategy related to sustainability and new mobility business models. Finally, in 2022, they assume the role of Business Unit Manager Gothenburg & Partner at 2050.

Victor Norberg's education history includes a diverse range of experiences and qualifications. Victor obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Collège des Ingénieurs in 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Energy, Environment, and Management engineering at Linköping University from 2012 to 2017. During this time, they also pursued a certificate in Value-Based Leadership at The Royal Foundation for Young Leadership in 2016-2017.

In 2014-2015, Victor Norberg attended Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where they studied Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. Victor further deepened their knowledge in sustainability by participating in the Sustainergies Academy (Pre. CSR Live) at Sustainergies in 2015.

Additionally, Victor Norberg's educational journey began earlier at Donnergymnasiet, Göteborg, where they undertook studies from 2008 to 2011. Though specific degrees or fields of study are not mentioned for this period.
