Joanna C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, startup acceleration, and business development. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at 2080 Ventures since May 2022, Joanna focuses on emerging markets and top-tier startup acceleration. As an angel investor at both HERMESA and Green Angel Ventures since July 2023, Joanna invests in exceptional female (co)founded startups. Previous roles include Engagement Manager at Techstars and Co-Founder of TAIAO KOMBUCHA, a successful kombucha brand acquired in December 2021. Joanna's earlier career includes positions such as Regional Manager APAC at WDHB and Associate at EY. Academic credentials include a Double Degree in Economics and Commerce from The Australian National University, an MSc in Psychology in Business from the University of Strathclyde, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
