Morgan Hermand

Morgan Hermand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and leadership within the retail and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at FJ Labs since 2024, Morgan previously held the position of CEO at Adore Me from its founding in 2010 until 2022, and later at Victoria’s Secret & Co. until 2025. Early career experience includes a role as a Junior Associate at McKinsey & Company from 2005 to 2008. Morgan holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Mines Paris - PSL.
