Andrew Jacobson

Andrew Jacobson serves as the VP and Head of Legal (Global) at 21Shares, a cryptocurrency asset manager and blockchain technology company. Prior to this role, Andrew was a Senior Associate at Seward & Kissel LLP, specializing in blockchain and cryptocurrency law. Jacobson also has experience working as an Enforcement Attorney at the New York State Department of Financial Services and as Special Counsel for the Moreland Commission on Utility Storm Preparation and Response. Andrew holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy from Union College.
