Matteo Assinnata is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the cryptocurrency and technology sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at 21.co since April 2022, Matteo oversees low-latency cryptocurrency prop trading on centralized exchanges and has developed various trading platforms and infrastructure. Previous roles include Head of DevOps at Neulabs and Aziona Ventures, where Matteo contributed to scaling global brands and identifying high-potential business models. As Chief Technology Officer at JSMEX, Matteo was instrumental in creating a programmable cryptocurrency exchange, and at Kami Swiss SA, Matteo led the development of a Multilateral Trading Facility platform. Early in the career, Matteo held roles focused on digital transformation at Mediobanca and CheBanca! S.p.A. and founded Cryptodeer, a company specializing in cryptocurrency development and blockchain technology.
