Stine Ludvigsen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Head of People & Culture at 21st.BIO since July 2025, Stine has previously held significant roles including People Lead at Reshape Biotech and Regional HR Lead for the Nordics and Scandinavia at Wolt, overseeing HR functions for multiple countries. Stine's expertise includes strategic HR partnership, talent management, and organizational development, with a proven track record from positions such as Senior HR Business Partner at A.P. Moller - Maersk and Global Senior Vice President People & Culture at Monstarlab. Stine holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Organisational Communication from Copenhagen Business School, alongside an MBA from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Business Administration from Syddansk Universitet.
