Hannah Morgan

Hannah Morgan has a diverse work experience. Hannah started their most recent role as a Financial Counselor at 21st Mortgage Corporation in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at John Deere as an Assembly Line Worker from November 2019 to September 2021. In this position, they were responsible for performing advanced installation, alignment, and fitting of structural components, inspecting manufactured parts, and adhering to security and safety policies. Before John Deere, Hannah worked at ROSS DRESS FOR LESS INC as a Stock Lead from March 2017 to November 2019. In this role, they coordinated employee training, performance assessments, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Hannah also provided direction to subordinates using established policies and effectively communicated the company's goals while connecting with employees on a personal level.

Hannah Morgan completed their education at East Tennessee State University from 2019 to 2022, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Prior to that, they attended Walters State Community College from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Mathematics and Statistics. In addition to their formal education, Hannah obtained a certification in "Introduction to the SHRM-CP Certification Exam" from LinkedIn in February 2022.
