Kevin Donegan

Kevin Donegan began their work experience in 2020 as an intern at Spinnakers Reach Realty. In 2021, they worked as a Residential Property Manager at the same company until 2022. During this time, they also served as a Part-Time Leasing Consultant at College City Realty. In 2022, Kevin worked as a Real Estate Broker at Spinnakers Reach Realty, and later joined 21st Mortgage Corporation as a Financial Counselor. Additionally, they worked part-time and interned as a Company Member & Marketing Intern at Seamar Contracting from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they were an Administration Team Member at Church of the Highlands from 2019 to 2021.

Kevin Donegan attended Walkersville High School from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Kevin then went on to enroll at The University of Alabama in 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, which they completed in 2021. During their time at the university, Kevin also obtained a Minor in Real Estate.

In terms of additional certifications, Kevin obtained a license as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission in March 2022. Before that, in October 2021, they acquired certification as a Licensed Aquatic Facility Technician from the American Swimming Pool and Spa Association.
