Reid Courtney

Reid Courtney has a diverse work experience, starting with a position as a Small Business Specialist Intern at U.S. Bank in 2022, where they actively deepened customer relationships and engaged in business development activities. They then moved on to work as a Recruiting Coordinator at 21st Mortgage Corporation from August 2022 to January 2023. Following this, Reid took on the role of Human Resources & Marketing Coordinator at the same company in February 2023.

In their earlier years, Reid gained experience through various internships and roles. They were a Consumer Services Intern at Paducah Bank from May 2019 to January 2021, and a Team Lead at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation from November 2018 to May 2020. Additionally, they held positions at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, including Student Manager for Softball from January 2020 to March 2020, Orientation Leader from February 2021 to March 2022, and Fan Experience FANgineer from September 2020 to March 2021.

In 2021, Reid also had multiple roles at 21st Mortgage Corporation, including Financial Counselor Auditing from August 2021 to January 2022, Titling Intern from July 2021 to August 2021, and Financial Counselor from May 2021 to June 2021. Overall, Reid has gained expertise in human resources, marketing, recruiting, customer service, and business development throughout their professional journey.

Reid Courtney completed their high school education at St Mary School System from 2015 to 2019, earning a High School Diploma. In 2017, they attended the Kentucky Governor's School for Entrepreneurs, focusing on Entrepreneurship. The following year, in 2018, Reid participated in the Murray State Commonwealth Honors Academy.

Reid pursued higher education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2019 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance. In addition to their degree, Reid obtained several certifications including Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP in November 2021, and various critical thinking and Microsoft Excel certifications from Pearson in March 2021.
