Lauren Boltz

Lauren Boltz, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in the field of human resources, currently serving as a Talent (HR) Manager at 22Squared since March 2019, after progressing through roles including Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Lauren was a Committee Member at Advertising For Change from April 2019 to December 2022 and gained experience at Mondi Group in Human Resources from June 2018 to January 2019. An early career in human resources began with an internship at West Alabama Works from March 2018 to May 2018. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Human Resources from The University of Alabama, completed in 2018.
